By accessing and using Husband On Demand ("HOD", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

HOD is a marketplace platform that connects homeowners ("Clients") with verified service providers ("Husbands") for various home services. We facilitate the connection but are not a party to any service agreement between Clients and Husbands.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Funds are held in escrow until service completion. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable laws.

5. Service Provider Verification

We conduct background checks on service providers, but we do not guarantee their work quality or reliability. Clients are encouraged to review provider profiles, ratings, and reviews before engaging services.

6. Limitation of Liability

HOD acts as a platform facilitator only. We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from services provided by Husbands or disputes between Clients and Husbands.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
